The 2024 HCC AGM has heralded a few significant changes in the personnel running the club.
After the Club’s 40th anniversary celebrations and the Club’s achievement of becoming a West of England Premier League Club for the first time, Chris Gardener has stepped down from the Chairman’s role after 9 years, which saw the Club improve year on year in its on-field activities, the facilities provided and its standing within the local community.
Another officer to stand down was Barry Wright as Secretary, along with other committee members all of whom served the Club well over their tenure.
Fortunately, the Club is blessed with a strong and committed group of volunteers and most of the vacancies on the management committee have been filled, but don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like to help in any capacity, especially with our Youth teams which will very much be a focus going forward.
So, a big thank you to all the outgoing committee members for all your time and effort and a huge welcome to all the new members of the committee going forward.
The Club is in a fantastic position, and we will endeavour to build on the achievements of the past few years for even greater success in the future.
Tim Chancellor
Chairman
